Just got back to the barn after a week in New Hampshire. We've narrowed our choices down to Keene - specifically a nice property in Troy - and Lancaster.

If we can't get to terms on the Troy property, we'll probably end up in Lancaster - always my first general choice.

On the way back, we finally managed to see some AI domes in far Northern Vermont. A gentleman there has three domes - and we saw two of them.


The green dome is a 34' with a basement. The interior is quite interesting - kind of a rain forest motif...



The second dome is a 45', with no basement. The glass spiral on the left is really cool - inside AND out.





The blue dome is off the grid and had external wood heat. Quite cool.


After finally seeing these, we've pretty much decided that 45' is the smallest reasonable size, with a 48' being probable. We also intend to plagiarize a lot of cool ideas these people used. We thank him profusely.
